Plus playslip from your Lottery retailer.
Select how
you want to be paid if you win the Jackpot. Choose either "26
annual payments" (Jackpot paid in 26 annual payments that
increase each year) or "Cash Value" (a single lump sum
paid all at once, estimated at 40%-50% of the announced Jackpot).
If you do not choose a prize payment option, you will be paid
in 26 annual payments if you win.
Pick 5 numbers,
from 1 to 47, from the box on the left of the playslip.
Now pick
your MEGA number, from 1 to 27, from the box on the right of the
playslip.
On any play,
you can mark "Quick Pick" to select just the 5 numbers,
or just the MEGA number, or both your 5 numbers and the MEGA number.
You may also select up to 5 additional Quick Picks on one playslip.
To play these
same numbers for consecutive draws, mark "Advance Play"
- you may now select 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,16 or 20 Advance Plays.
Give your
playslip to the clerk, along with $1 for each play per draw, and
you will recieve a SuperLOTTO Plus ticket. This ticket will show
your 5 numbers, your MEGA number, draw date(s) and payment selection.
Be sure to
check this ticket for accuracy. If innacurate, cancel the ticket
on the same day of purchase, before pool closure, and from the
same retailer that sold the ticket.
Now watch
the next SuperLOTTO Plus draw (every Wednesday and Saturday night)
to see if your numbers match the winning numbers drawn.
To claim
a prize, you must present your ticket as proof of your selection.
Five numbers
are drawn from a field of 1 to 47, then one MEGA number from a
field of 1 to 27. There are 9 ways to match and win. In fact,
you can even win if you just match the MEGA number. To win the
Jackpot, you must match all 5 numbers plus the MEGA number.
